- Perishable or consumable goods (groceries, cosmetics opened)

Send Photos
Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can verify the issue quickly.
Arrange Pickup
We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address at no extra cost for valid return requests.
Refund / Replacement
Once the item is received and verified, we'll process a replacement or full refund within 3–5 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used during checkout.
bKash / Nagad refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
COD orders receive a bKash refund (you'll be asked for your number).
